Our team at Paradise Golf prides itself on the relationships with our courses and members. We feel our card has exceptional value and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Once you have purchased your membership the following is our policy on refunds:
- Returns with the membership materials within 14 working days of the purchase date are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will be returned to the credit card account of the original purchase.
- Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the packet to ensure the membership card and all other inclusions were delivered.
- Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 3 days of your delivery at 813-635-9100, or are subject to a reprinting charge.
- Refunds will not be issued for injury or nonuse. On a case by case basis a future credit could be applied for an injury.
